I have found an amazing thing that most major problems that people meet because of dehidration.
Just check out few facts.
Even MILD dehydration will slow down one's metabolism as much as 3%. One glass of water shut down midnight hunger pangs for almost 100% of the dieters in a university study. Lack of water is the number one trigger of daytime fatigue. Preliminary research indicates that 8-10 glasses of water a day could significantly ease back and joint pain for up to 80% of sufferers. Even a small drop of 2% in body water can trigger fuzzy short-term memory, trouble with basic math, and difficulty focusing on the computer screen. Drinking five glasses of water daily decreases the risk of: colon cancer by 45%, colon cancer by 45%, bladder cancer by 50%.
We drink to much coffee but did you know that coffee like an alcohol dehydrate our precious body as well. No juces, beverages nothing can substitute a water.

Not all water is good to drink. Unfortunately the real spring water or groundwater (not filtered or bottled) is difficult to reach from our crowded cities so we use a poor quality bottled water (close to a tap water by TDS- total dissolved solids) and we covertly compromise our good health. TDS meter has shown that 99% of bottled water have almost the same quality as an everage tap water, about 35-45 ppm) Remember! The water people buy in the shops is still not up to the vitalizing, nourishing quality our bodies deserves...!
Other side is too clean water (how it does look wierd). Many people who are concern about health install high and expensive filtration systems (reverse osmosis, many stages filters etc) or use distilled water . Such water appears chemically clean. In this state, water by it's intrinsic nature, will draw to it's self anything it can dissolve in order to fulfill a basic function...that of a carrier of substances. Drinking chemically clean water as a regular routine is dangerous! It acts as a purgative and will strip trace elements and minerals from your body!
Don't buy too much of this stuff at the shops and don't use a distiller to drink from...you have been warned!
If you run a water filtration system at home do not foget to supply your water with trace minerals.Those complexes are cheap enough and can be buy on internet around. (few drops enough to mineralize your water up)
